Love Love Love

Another little love bug joins the family! Saturday January 9th (Corey's predicted date) we welcomed Elsie Kate Stanley to our family. She was born at 10:09 pm and was 6lbs 1oz, 19 inches long. The day was filled with ice skating and sledding at Gram and Papa's house followed by lounging around our house waiting for things to speed up. Once they started to get going, it was game time. We arrived at the hospital at 7pm (4cm dilated) and 3 short hours later she was here. The girls nicknamed her Teapot as we tried to decide on her name. It might take a while for them to be convinced that isn't her real name!

She has been so amazing so far. We enjoy her peaceful, loving nature. She snuggles so nicely with everyone and sleeps a lot (so far). Only crying is when she is getting changed and is very hungry. I can't wait to see how she will impact our family and our lives.
